Dedicated Safety Oversight
We employ a full-time Safety Director who oversees all aspects of our safety programs and compliance. Their responsibilities include:
Developing and enforcing Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs)
Preparing and executing pre-mobilization safety plans
Conducting regular on-site inspections
Addressing safety concerns and responding to questions in real-time
Ensuring ongoing compliance with OSHA regulations, including fall protection standards under OSHA 1926 Subpart M
Training & Certifications
All Silktown Roofing field employees are required to hold, at a minimum, an OSHA 10-hour certification. In addition, our team maintains a wide range of advanced certifications to meet the demands of a high-risk industry:
