Mohegan Sun Casino Phase II Expansion
Located in Uncasville, CT, this project scope involved waterproofing of the foundation wall, lagging wall, all terraces, planters, waterfalls, streams, and pools, as well as cementitious waterproofing. Additionally, this project required 600,000 sqft of membrane, standing seam, and hotel high rise roofing, various specialty sheet metal applications (both interior and exterior), and pedestal set pavers.

City Place Hartford
In 2005, Silktown Roofing successfully completed the removal and replacement of City Place in Hartford, CT. The total combined roofing areas were over 30,000 square feet. The Bermuda seam copper roof project logistics were heavily complex but the three phase project came in under budget and the replication of the original roof was successfully completed to preserve the aesthetic beauty of this landmark building.
New Fairfield High School
Located in New Fairfield, CT this project ongoing with the support of O&G Industries as the General Contractor. Despite a tight jobsite and material procurement/escalation issues, this project has exceeded all expectations to date staying on time and budget. Scheduled for Summer 2020 completion.

Greenwich American Center
Located in Greenwich, CT this project consisted of a full ballast removal via roof vacuum truck and full installation by crane. Despite the large occupancy of the building and the logistical site limitations, the project completed on budget and schedule with an 20 year No Dollar Limit Warranty for the Owner.

Yale University – Sloan Physics Lab
Located in New Haven, CT, this project was a careful collaboration of slate, custom copper fabricated elements and flat roofing. Each aspect of this project was aimed to properly preserve the integrity and historical aesthetics of Yale University’s campus.

Pfeizer 220 & Global
Located in Groton, CT Silktown Roofing, Inc. had the pleasure of roofing this beautiful Pfeizer Campus overlooking the Long Island Sound. The site plan and logistical intricacies made the need for perfect coordination and attention to detail crucial.

Connecticut Convention Center
Located in Hartford, CT this project included installation of a PVC roofing membrane, sheet metal flashings, along with approximately 60,0000 sqft of terrace and planter waterproofing.

University of Connecticut Law Library Facade and Roof Restoration
Located in West Hartford, CT, this project required the removal of all existing granite and installation of new air vapor barrier waterproofing on all exterior walls, new zinc-coated copper in-wall, and through wall flashings, standing seam copper siding, new structural members at all dormers, and several turrets. It also required removal and re-installation of existing built up roofing, flashings, associated sheet metal work, and slate.

Library of Congress National Audio-Visual Conservation Center
Located in Culpeper, VA, this project’s scope included approximately 5.5 acres of green roofing complete with various planting schemes, concrete paver systems, foundation wall waterproofing, cavity wall waterproofing, air vapor barriers, split slab waterproofing, epoxy blind side waterproofing, below grade Situra expansion joint assemblies, leak detection system, fast water drainage system, stainless steel metal flashing, and copings.

Wesleyan Central Plant Green Roof Remediation
Located in Middletown, CT, the project removed the existing over-burden and waterproofing, with re-installation of approximately 19,000 sqft of new waterproofing, drainage composite, and over-burden with integrated leak detection system.

Mohegan Tribe Retirement Community
Located in Uncasville, CT this retirement community roof installation was a custom color Sarnafil membrane project inclusive of a customized logo all installed in roofing membrane.

University of Rhode Island
Located in Kingston, RI this building is property of URI. This project featured both custom metal installation as well as single ply membrane.
