Located in Uncasville, CT, this project scope involved waterproofing of the foundation wall, lagging wall, all terraces, planters, waterfalls, streams, and pools, as well as cementitious waterproofing. Additionally, this project required 600,000 sq ft of membrane, standing seam, and hotel high rise roofing, various specialty sheet metal applications (both interior and exterior), and pedestal set pavers.
